What is considered damage?
Breaks, cracks, or dents in the copper contacts. Electrical shorts as well as damage to the actually printer cartridge body.
How will I know what passes?Once your empties are processed, we will send you an email with the results.
How should I package the empties?The more a cartridge is cushioned, the better chance they will survive shipping. If you are shipping only a few cartridges, a padded envelope will work just fine. If you need to send a box in, make sure that every level of cartridges sits on some paper (newspaper works really well), and there is some cushion at the top of the box so the cartridges can not shift around.
DO NOT USE PACKING PEANUTS. Using packing peanuts creates a static charge. Using peanuts will result in a 25-50% reduction in cartridge value.

Collection happens goes from the 25th to the 24th (Example: May 25th to June 24th) with the check for that time going out on the following 1st (Example: July 1st).
How often do price change?Price will start by changing on the 1st and 15th. However, market conditions may force the prices to change without notice.
What happens if I do not send in my form with my empties?If we receive empty cartridges with no form, no credit will be issued.
What happens if I send in a cartridge not on the list?You do not get any additional credit for those empties. However, if there are 5 or more cartridges sent to us that are not on the list, you will be assessed a 5% or $5 (whatever is less) deduction from the value.
