Shipping & Returns

All shipping is done via UPS.

Orders placed prior to 3pm on a business day will be processed and shipped out that day.

Orders after 3pm or on Weekends/Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Guarantee

Samedayinkjet.com's cartridge guarantee is as follows.

OEM Replacement or Remanufactured - 1 Year from date of purchase, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Exceptions as stated in the Returns section.

OEM Cartridges - Samedayink.com has no guarantee on these, the only guarantee is the one made by the manufacture.


Returns

If you have a problem with your OEM Replacement or Remanufactured contact samedayinkjet.com at 1-989-227-8066 ASAP. We will try to help you out with your problem over the phone, however, if we decide that the problem warrants a return, samedayinkjet.com will issue a RMA number for the customer.

Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the product back to samedayinkjet.com. Once samedayinkjet.com receives the cartridge, it will be weighed and visually inspected. As long as there is no physical damage or below 25% by weight full and the cartridge has been purchased with-in one year, the customer may have a refund, or a replacement.

If the cartridge is damaged or below 25% full by weight or older than one year, no credit will be given.

OEM Replacement or Remanufactured Laser or Toner cartridges must be returned in the same box that they were sent in. Failure to return the same packaging will result in no return given.

If you have a problem with any other product besides the OEM Replacement or Remanufactured cartridges, those issues have to be taken up with the manufacture of that product.
